Refund policy

RIIFT Pty Ltd (ACN 658 640 147) (“RIIFT”, “we”, “us”) sells through riift.com. Our address is 70 Excelsior Street, East Perth WA 6008, Australia. Email info@riift.com.

This refund policy is part of the contract for every order. It applies with our terms of service and shipping policy.

Cancel before we dispatch

You may cancel any goods before we dispatch them. We then refund the full amount you paid for those goods.

Email info@riift.com with your order number before we dispatch. We confirm the cancellation by email.

If checkout added a separate freight charge for goods we do not dispatch, we refund that freight as well. RIIFT Tracks, the Partner Tracks Carton, and the Shapers starter pack include shipping in the price, so the product-price refund is the full amount you paid for them.

We refund the original payment method, in the currency you paid.

The RIIFT PowerPack and the RIIFT Power Module are scheduled to dispatch in December 2026. You may cancel either of them for a full refund at any time before we dispatch it.

After we dispatch

Once we have dispatched goods, you cannot cancel them for a change of mind.

After delivery

We do not accept change-of-mind returns after delivery.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies the Australian Consumer Law or any other right that cannot be excluded.

If goods fail a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedy the Australian Consumer Law gives you. For a major failure you may reject the goods and choose a refund or a replacement, or you may keep the goods and ask for compensation for any drop in value. For a failure that is not major, we may repair the goods, replace them, or refund you, as that law allows.

When a consumer guarantee applies, we cover the reasonable cost of returning the goods to us.

If we cannot supply

If we cannot dispatch a RIIFT PowerPack or RIIFT Power Module in December 2026, or we cannot supply other goods we have taken payment for, you may cancel the affected goods for a full refund under this policy.
