Shipping policy

RIIFT Pty Ltd (ACN 658 640 147) (“RIIFT”, “we”, “us”) sells through riift.com. Our address is 70 Excelsior Street, East Perth WA 6008, Australia. Email info@riift.com.

This shipping policy is part of the contract for every order. It applies with our terms of service and refund policy.

Tracks

Shipping is included in the price of RIIFT Tracks, the Partner Tracks Carton, and the Shapers starter pack. We deliver them to the address you choose at checkout. Checkout does not add a separate freight charge for these goods.

Included shipping applies to the destinations checkout offers when you place the order.

PowerPack and Power Module

We dispatch the RIIFT PowerPack and the RIIFT Power Module in December 2026. Paying at checkout does not bring that date forward.

Freight for the RIIFT PowerPack and the RIIFT Power Module is not included in the product price. Checkout calculates that freight and shows the charge before you pay.

If we cannot dispatch a RIIFT PowerPack or RIIFT Power Module in December 2026, you may cancel it for a full refund under the refund policy, including any freight charged for goods we do not dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch is when we hand the goods to the carrier. Time in transit after that depends on the destination and the carrier. We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. Check that address before you pay.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to that address.
