These terms

These terms apply to your use of riift.com and to every order you place with us. Our refund policy and shipping policy are part of these terms. Where those policies and these terms differ on a refund or on shipping, the refund policy or the shipping policy applies to that point.

The terms that apply to an order are the terms published when you pay. Our privacy policy is published at riift.com/pages/privacy.

Orders and payment

When you place an order and pay at checkout, you offer to buy the goods on these terms. We take payment at checkout, before we dispatch. The price, and any freight checkout adds, are shown in your checkout currency before you pay.

We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot supply the goods, we cannot ship to the address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we have taken payment for goods we then cancel, we refund that payment under the refund policy.

What you are buying

The product page describes the goods. We dispatch the RIIFT PowerPack and the RIIFT Power Module in December 2026, and checkout charges freight for them before you pay. Shipping is included in the price of RIIFT Tracks, the Partner Tracks Carton, and the Shapers starter pack, to the address you choose at checkout. The shipping policy sets out those promises.

Cancelling and returns

You may cancel for a full refund before we dispatch. After we dispatch, you cannot cancel for a change of mind. After delivery, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unchanged. The refund policy sets out how to cancel and how consumer-guarantee claims work.

Title and risk

You receive title to the goods when we have been paid in full and the goods have been delivered to the address you gave us. Risk passes to you on that delivery.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies the Australian Consumer Law or any other right that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that law, we are not liable for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, and our liability for a claim about goods or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for the goods that claim relates to. This limit does not apply to liability the law does not allow us to limit.

The website

You may use riift.com to browse and to buy. You may not copy the site for a commercial purpose, interfere with it, or attempt to access it except through the pages we provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the laws of Australia that apply in Western Australia. The courts of Western Australia may hear disputes about them. You keep the mandatory rights of a consumer where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies to you.
